Reservation policy

Hotel & Suites Oasis Bacalar will reserve the number of rooms you request, subject to availability at the time of payment, a deposit of 50% of the total is necessary to hold the reservation. Deposits and payments can be made through deposits, bank transfers, or Cash.

CHECK OUT 12:00 PM CHECK IN 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:

– 30 days or more prior to guest’s arrival date: full refund of any payment(s) made.
– 15 to 29 days prior to guest’s arrival date: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
– Fewer than 15 days prior to guest’s arrival: sorry, no refund of any payment(s) made.
